What is this session about?
IoT (Internet of Things) is one of the “booming” domains in the world.
With vast amount of devices, exponential growth and spread across all areas of life,
It is arguably the fastest growing business out there. But for many reasons, it has
also become one of the less secure businesses which is the most prone to attacks.
In this talk we will present the biggest challenges of IoT Security and what you can
do to overcome them.

Everyone who owns any IoT device (and we know you have at least one) and wants
to know why it is compromised and how.

Dror was one of the co-founders of IoT Security incubation as part of the Azure Security CTO office
which started 3 years ago. Today he is one of the engineering managers in the group which already
passed 100 employees. He has participated in worldwide conferences in security and IoT. Prior to
the IoT incubation, he managed a research and development group developing big data
Recommendations algorithms for the Microsoft store. Dror is also the proud creator and owner
of Bakery365, one of Israel’s top culinary blog websites and magazines.
