Thema: DevSecOps und Entwicklertools

Sprache: Englisch

Session 1 of 2
Log4Shell recently made it clear that Java is everywhere, and that you need a modern security strategy for your Java applications.
In this 2-part series, we’ll explore what is Zero Trust both from a theorical and a hands-on perspective.
We’ll focus on two main topics: using a secrets store like Azure Key Vault to manage your secrets, and securing your network configuration using Azure Virtual Network. In our hands-on demo, we’ll give you simple recipes to secure an existing Java application. We’ll see common pitfalls, like those that could be easily abused by Log4Shell, and how they could have been greatly reduced by using the Zero Trust approach.
