O #ElasnaIA e o #SecurityGirls, são programas voltados para a capacitação de profissionais em Inteligência Artificial e Cibersegurança, respectivamente. Ao todo, foram 80 vagas oferecidas pelas duas iniciativas, que foram idealizadas pelo grupo de colaboradoras da Microsoft e voluntários dos pilares de Diversidade e Inclusão da empresa – WAM (Women at Microsoft) -, que têm como objetivo aumentar a participação de mulheres no segmento de tecnologia e ampliar suas chances de empregabilidade neste setor.
Nesse evento, celebraremos o encerramento do programa com uma formatura, onde as organizadoras poderão comentar mais sobre a iniciativa e algumas alunas darão seus depoimentos sobre a participação no programa.
