getManagedAppPolicies function

Gets app restrictions for a given user.

Prerequisites

One of the following permission scopes is required to execute this API:

DeviceManagementApps.ReadWrite.All; DeviceManagementApps.Read.All

If successful, this function returns a 200 OK response code and a managedAppPolicy collection in the response body.
