Demo: Virtual Event Manager
This month, Sathya Raveendran and Arun Kumar joined our community call to demonstrate a Virtual Event Manager solution that utilizes meetings extensibility capabilities and Microsoft Graph APIs. Solutions addressing meeting scenarios are becoming more and more critical in our digital workspace environment, so this sample will provide immense value to developers looking to build these types of apps.

Best practices and updates for bot lifecycle events in Microsoft Teams
The second half our call was led by Ojasvi Choudhary who walked us through the best practices and updates for bot lifecycle events in Microsoft Teams. We covered what conversation update events are and then how developers can utilize these as they design and build their Teams bots.
Latest with Adaptive Cards in Teams
Ojasvi concluded with exciting updates on two Adaptive Cards in Teams features that will soon be available in developer preview:
- Full Width Adaptive Cards: Enablement of full width adaptive cards, which expands the space of the cards and provides a better end user experience.
- Static Auto-complete: Allows for auto-fill of search/filter drop downs which will populate fields that match versus the user having to scroll through a long list of entries.
