SharePoint Framework Special Interest Group (SIG) bi-weekly community call recording from April 9th is now available from the SharePoint Development YouTube channel at http://aka.ms/spdev-videos.
Call summary:
Subscribers to the PnP Community YouTube channel now exceed 15,000! Awesome. Eight new SharePoint Framework PnP samples have been released in the last 2 weeks. Office 365 CLI Preview v2.9 has been released, PnPjs v2.0.4 is due out on April 10th and the new M365 Community Docs page now live. Additional project updates include: The next release of PnPjs is expected on May 1st. React Controls and React Property Controls v1.17 has been released. Thanks to samples contributors Joel Rodrigues(Storm Technology Ltd) and Sudharsan Kesavanarayanan for SPFx extensions. Ramin Ahmadi (Content and Code), Hugo Bernier (Point Alliance), Robin Agten (Delaware), Garry Trinder (CPS Solutions), Markus Möller (Avanade), and Russell Gove (Tronox) delivered SPFx web part samples. Microsoft 365 Community Content is an assembly of non-Dev documents created by the PnP community ranging from a terms list to training, best practices, information architecture, references and more. Q&A happens in chat throughout the live call. No demos were delivered in this session due to technical hiccup.
