Steps to reproduce

We have fully updated windows 7, but we still run into the exact problem as described here or here .

Moreover, from the web site I really did not get any info about where is the fix included. How am I supposed to check if the particular hotfix is installed? It is possible that we missed some update, but with the info provided I am not able to check if it is really missing.
