Repro Steps:

Repro:

  1. Launch IE 10 or 11.
  2. Go to: http://jsfiddle.net/PWa6J/
  3. Observe the animating bars in the lower right.
     
    Result:
    The upper bar’s width, color, and height will animate. The lower bar’s width will animate.

Expected:
Each bar’s width, color, and height will animate.
 
Expected Results:

If an element has more than one animation, all animations will work if the element starts with a display value of “none” and is later set to "block".
