Steps to reproduce

Repro Steps:

[UPDATED]

  1. go to https://www.bidscanada.com/test.html
    – in Form 1 you will see only the first password field is populated the second is not
  2. go to http://www.bidscanada.com/test.html
    – Same page but non-ssl and both the password fields are populated.

Note that the same page without SSL doesn’t have the issue and shows the asterisks in the confirm password field.

Expected Results:

An input element with type="password" with a populated value attribute should display stars or dots for the characters that are populating the field.
