Steps to reproduce



Repro Steps:

  • Open the attached sample html file in Windows 8 style IE11 on Windows 8.1 and follow the instructions provided.
  • Alternatively, for see the issue with only key-frame animation, open the sample html file in desktop IE11 on Windows 8 or 7 and try hovering on the red box before and after clicking the button 1).

Expected Results:

Everything works and looks as before even after modifying the styles dynamically via cssText property.
