Steps to reproduce
We found this using Edge running on the Windows 10 preview image for VirtualBox.
I’ll just use bing as an example, it repros with any two pages.
Go to bing.com
Go to the overflow menu and hit the Zoom minus button once, to take it down to 75%
Click any link e.g. the link to News at the top
Again in the overflow menu, hit the Zoom plus button once to take zoom back to 100%
Hit the Back button
Expected: The normal bing landing page
Actual: Once the page loads, it shrinks with a large grey areas along the right and bottom (see attachment)

Experiencing same issue on IE 11.0.9600.18537CO / Windows 7. Can replicate as OSG V. reported for bing.com. In my case, the issue was discovered while trying to use the element as a top level container and applying the following CSS styles to center it horizontally: width: 500px; margin: 0 auto;
Workaround: create and apply styles to a child “wrapper” inside .
