Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a test extension of Chrome, in background.js use chrome.tabs.create() API to open URL that contain port number, works well in Chrome.
  2. Port it to Edge use Microsoft Edge Extension toolkit, load it to Edge.
  3. When extension open a new tab with that URL, an error said "make sure you have right address ms-browser-extension://ExtensionName_xfep5rgb6pm0m".
