Steps to reproduce

System Configuration: HP 280 G1 MT; Intel Core i5; RAM 8GB; Win-10 OS - HP Monitor(ProDisplay P221) 1920 *1080

JavaScript -> screen.width & screen.height always return “1920 *1080” value for different resolutions.

CSS -> @media (device-width: 1600px) and (device-height: 900px) {} not working. Always executes CSS values in media query targeted with “1920 *1080” resolution.

    • Thank you for your feedback. I see the correct result from @media rule and correct result returned from width and height properties. Could you please send us your code or a sample that can demonstrate the issue. This will help us investigate the issue.

    • Hi,

      I believe you might benefit from using a different media query.  The device-width and device-height queries can lead to surprises depending on usage, especially with Apple devices and high pixel density screens like the Surface Pro 2.

      The following article is useful in clearing up some of this confusion.

      I hope this helps and keep the feedback coming,
