Steps to reproduce

On high-dpi devices (eg. surface book) the icons in Google docs are incorrect. I believe this is because Google docs is using “content: <image>” CSS rule on the div to set the high-dpi image assets. The latest CSS Generated Content spec allows this: https://drafts.csswg.org/css-content/#content-property
