Steps to reproduce

test.html (attached)

REPRO STEPS:
Run test.html and look into console window in dev tools (F12)

EXPECTED RESULTS:
The 2nd call to console.log should return an HTMLCollection object with two elements.

ACTUAL RESULTS:
The 2nd call to console.log returns undefined.
