REPRO STEPS:
Navigate to http://samples.msdn.microsoft.com/workshop/samples/author/databind/dbsingle.htm

EXPECTED RESULTS:
bound data controls should work
or
the developer tool should warn that the page uses legacy databinding.
or
modern.ie should warn that the page uses legacy databinding or depreciated class attributes for object tags.

Other…
the page has an invalid document type declaration.
there is no x-ua meta , it is a MS site and it is on the MSCVL.

ACTUAL RESULTS:
bond data controls don’t work until the page is forced into Ie10 mode.

No warnings about depreciated controls or attributes is given by the Developer tool or the modern.ie service.
