Steps to reproduce

Repro Steps:

  1. Install a Traditional or Simplified Chinese OS (Win7 IE 11)
NOTE: This will not repro on non-CJK (Chinese, Japanese, Korean) language PC, or english
  2. Visit the following link

Expected Results:

Render “font-family: sans-serif;” in CSS in former way instead of treat it as "font-family: Microsott JhengHei;", so that a multilingual website can be viewed in correct fonts.

按以前的方式解析CSS中的"font-family: sans-serif;",而不是理解為"font-family: Microsott JhengHei;",以便讓多語言網頁顯示為正確字型。

Actual Results:

incorrect font used.
