Steps to reproduce

URL = http://srvr-clw/bugs/66544

Repro Steps:

==============

1)Open IE10 Win7 and make sure that intranet sites view in compatibility mode is set

  1. Do the same with IE11 Win 7

  2. Goto http://srvr-clw/bugs/66544 with IE10 and hit test

  3. goto http://srvr-clw/bugs/66544 with IE11 and hit test

  4. There is a very large discrepancy in the time it takes each browser to reach 100000

I created a sample page in HTML and testing the performance using IE profiler (Comes with IE)

HTML Code

==========

<html>

<head>

<Script language="javascript">

function Test()

{

var j=1;

for(var i=1;i<100000;i++)

{

j=j*i;

document.write(i);

document.write(“<br/>”);

}

document.write(i);

}

</script>

</head>

<body>

<form>

<input type="submit" onclick="Test();" value="Test" />

</form>

</body>

</html>

Expected Results:

==============

As per online documentation, IE 11 is faster than IE 10 so expectation is also same.

Actual Results:

==============
