Steps to reproduce

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Install the WebM Media Foundation components for IE (Download at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/webmmf/)

  2. Check the results of the WebM VP8 test at http://lab.html5test.com/codecs/

What you’ll see is that the test returns “Probably” even though Microsoft Edge is still unable to play the webm even with the components installed for IE.
This bug also causes YouTube to determine that Microsoft Edge is capable of VP8 playback on its HTML5 Player page (https://www.youtube.com/html5)
