Steps to reproduce

URL = http://cs75.tv/2012/summer
Repro Steps:
==============

  1. Head to the URL: http://cs75.tv/2012/summer
  2. On the right half of the page there is a “Lectures” tab. Select it and expand any Lecture. Under that lecture expand "Video". Then select MP4.
  3. On the pop up video player, on the bottom right there are some buttons. Click on the double opposing arrows which supposed to maximize video to fullscreen. That full screen button doesn’t work on my Internet explorer. It does on my google chrome though.

    Expected Results:
    ==============
    Clicking on “double arrow” button should maximize video to full screen.

    Actual Results:
