Steps to reproduce

Here is a reproducer:

https://s3-us-west-1.amazonaws.com/mediasource.edge/MediaSource.html

Edge does not play the video using Media Source Extension. The video has been encoded using FFMPEG and is a ISO BMFF video.

Others web browsers are able to play the video.
