REPRO STEPS:
Create a list-item with a list marker (li elements inside ul or ol elements will do fine).
Create a block level child element inside the list item and set its overflow property to any value except 'visible’.

EXPECTED RESULTS:
The block level child element should not be rendered any different as if it’s overflow value was visible.

ACTUAL RESULTS:
The block level child element is pushed down below the line that contains the list marker.
