Steps to reproduce

Repro Steps:

Navigate to a site, such as https://koding.com/
Turn on F12 tools.
Start capture on network activity.
Navigate to mega.co.nz. [Updated you can test with https://koding.com/]
In the network capture, you will see the server responds to the initial request with a CORS header.
In the output/console, you will see continuous CORS security errors where the browser is denying the request, stating it needs a CORS header.

Expected Results:

IE11/10 allows the request through since the server returns a valid CORS header.
