Steps to reproduce

URL = http://www.martinezdelizarrondo.com/bugs/pastexhr.html

REPRO STEPS:
Open the provided document,
copy anything into the clipboard
put the cursor on the text (is a contentEditable div)
press Ctrl+V to paste that content there

EXPECTED RESULTS:
The xhr.open call works

ACTUAL RESULTS:
An exception is thrown in IE11
