Steps to reproduce

Repro Steps:

Use print templates to print a document that has a <meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=10" /> in it.
The IE version is irrelevant, it crashes even if you use “IE=8”

Expected Results:

Print and preview HTML5 and CSS3 without any issues
