URL:

Repro Steps:

  1. Install IE 11.
  2. Do a Print Screen and attempt to paste the image into an application that uses the Microsoft HTML Editing Component.
For example Novell GroupWise uses the Microsoft HTML Editing Component component for email editing. After installing IE 11 the user is unable to paste an image into an email message. Whether choosing Edit -> Paste, right-clicking and choosing Paste, or doing Ctrl-V no action is performed, i.e. the image is not inserted. Pasting the image into other applications such as MSPaint continues to work normally.
  3. After uninstalling IE 11 the user is able to paste an image into a Novell GroupWise email message normally.

Expected Results:

Pasting of images into Microsoft HTML Editing Component control should continue to work after IE 11 is installed.
