Steps to reproduce

URL = http://w8-corey/bugs/abbr.html

URL:
N/A

REPRO STEPS:
Test page:
<!doctype html>
<html>
<head><title>abbr test</title>
<style type="text/css">
abbr{
text-decoration:underline; text-decoration-color:blue; text-decoration-style:dotted;
}

</style>
</head>
<body>
<abbr title="hyper-text markup language">HTML</abbr> is an abbreviation of hyper-text markup language.</p>
</body>
</html>

  1. remove the text-decoration:underline rule to see the default rendering… viz: no text decoration… underline is expected

EXPECTED RESULTS:
the letters HTML should be dotted underline in blue

ACTUAL RESULTS:
the letters HTML are just underlined (because of the text-decoration:underline rule)

repeat the test by removing the style block to see that there is no default style rules or the abbr element (underline expected)…
