Steps to reproduce

The Adreno 330 supports partial derivatives (OES_standard_derivatives). They are a DX 9.3 feature (https://msdn.microsoft.com/de-de/library/windows/desktop/bb509588(v=vs.85).aspx), but Edge (Mobile) does not expose the extension.
