  • Hello aadil,

    Thank you for your submission.  It helps us improve Edge.

    First, make sure that you have AutoComplete enabled for web forms with MS Edge.

    There are two primary ways for Autocomplete.

    1. Allowing the browser to handle it via a regular form submission.
    2. Handling it yourself or using a third party library.

    In the example you provided, the form action and submit (function commented out) are most likely preventing the entries from being created in Edge’s AutoComplete storage.  I have provided a working example, not written by Microsoft or me but by Jason Grigsby.  I draw your attention to the first line of the <form …> definition and to the line before the end tag “</form>”

    <form method="post" id="usrForm">

    <input type="submit" value="Submit" name="submit">
