Steps to reproduce

Repro Steps:

  1. Make sure you have saved all your work as the following will hang your machine!
  2. Create a page containing the listing below.
  3. Load the page in IE11.
  4. Press F12 to get the developer tools.
  5. Go to the debugging section and place a break point on the line that reads “alert(‘hello’);”
  6. Go back to the IE display and switch from one option to another.
  7. Try to interact with the debugger, or windows start menu.
  8. Pressing Ctrl+Alt+Del brings up the usual menu but selecting Task Manager brings up a blank window.
  9. Pressing Ctrl+Alt+Del and then selecting Log Off works, but forces all applications to close.
