Steps to reproduce the problem:

  1. Click on the link to enter a new page (we use a web page with a lot of pictures ).
  2. Before the new page loading is finished, you can see the status of the mouse pointer is a wait state.
  3. Don’t move the mouse until the page loading is finished. You will see the mouse pointer is still waiting state.

Use IE10 or IE11 browser, search for any keyword, click the search link, enter the appropriate page.
Keeping the mouse on the page, do not move.

Expected Results:

We look forward to the effect:
After the page is loaded, the mouse pointer becomes an arrow condition.
Prior versions of IE10, is such an effect.
