Steps to reproduce

When placing an iframe on top of an animated element (CSS animation in a loop), if the iframe contains another animation such as a menu item slide opening, the whole iframe flickers while its animation is playing.
I have created a simple JsFiddle reproducing the problem: http://jsfiddle.net/dedq8ehu/
You will trigger it by opening the “Actions” menu.

The error seems to only affect IE11 running in Windows 10. It is not flickering in Edge, Chrome or Firefox. I have only been able to reproduce it using the following setup:
Internet Explorer 11
version: 11.576.14393.0
release: 11.0.38 (KB3203621)
Product code: 00150-20000-00003-AA459

Windows 10 x64
Product code: 00327-60000-00000-AA616
