Steps to reproduce

URL = http://srvr-clw/bugs/66586/fail.htm


Repro Steps:

1 launch IE 11
2 navigate to fail.htm (attached to the bugreport)
3 launch the Task Manager
4 all CPU time consumed by iexplore.exe
5 close IE window
6 switch back to Task Manager
7 iexplore.exe is still running

Expected Results:

After navigation is complete IE should not work so hard, after closing the window the process supposed to be terminated
