Repro Steps:

The issue is reproduced at http://jsfiddle.net/rL9gM/1/ and verified using IE 10 version 10.0.9200.16750 on Windows 7 Professional.

  1. Scroll down a little using the inner vertical scrollbar.
  2. Scroll down a little using the outer vertical scrollbar.

Now, the lower part of the parent div seems blank, but when barely touching the inner vertical scrollbar, the boxes re-appear.

Another way to reproduce the issue:

  1. Scroll to the bottom of the page using the outer vertical scrollbar.
  2. Scroll to the right using the inner horizontal scrollbar.
  3. Scroll up a little using the outer vertical scrollbar.

Now the rightmost boxes that are contained within the parent element are not displayed, but again, moving the inner vertical scrollbar slightly re-displays the boxes.

The referenced stackoverflow post also explains steps to reproduce.

Expected Results:

All elements should be displayed correctly.
