FullTitle: Flash games on lumosity.com are unable to run

Edge Developer Investigation:

When a user tries to play Flash, instead of a download-flash link (which Edge will intercept) the site links to their Flash help page for Edge here https://help.lumosity.com/hc/en-us/articles/214845003

However, the guidance on that help page, while specific to Edge, is not updated for Windows 10 Insider Builds. It is instructions on how to enable Flash, which has changed from build 15002 forward due to the implementation of Flash Click to Run. https://blogs.windows.com/msedgedev/2016/12/14/edge-flash-click-run/

Similarly, if one tries to play Flash in Chrome, the site links to this help page https://help.lumosity.com/hc/en-us/articles/214738823 which is also outdated for Chrome canary, where chrome:plugins is no longer supported.

Recommendation for the site is to implement HTML5.  Another fallback would be to stop testing for presence of a Flash player and run Flash.  Both Edge and Chrome will detect and handle properly.  Also, another option for Edge would be to link to the Flash download site instead of a help page and Edge should do the appropriate thing.
