Steps to reproduce

See bug report at: https://github.com/SeleniumHQ/selenium/issues/3589

Essence of bug: Edge webdriver is not able to find an element using an xpath with an embedded single-quote that is inside other single quotes (meaning, it is escaped using “’” since I am using the Java bindings.). There is a fiddle listed in that bug report as well for testing purposes. Chrome and IE 10+11 handle this case just fine.
