  • Hi,

Are you still seeing this issue?  I was not able to repo item #2 from your Actual results section.  Was it that the print preview did not match the printed content?  Also, in every test I ran, the printed content was complete.  Also, can you verify where the “Headers and footers” option was set to “On” or "Off".  This option is in the print preview window.

Can you give me the version of Windows 10 you experienced this issue on?  Win + s and type ‘winver’ and hit enter.

    Appreciate the help,

    The MS Edge Team

  • I believe I have the same problem. When I try to “Print Preview…” my mail from Gmail I can only view the same area that was displayed on the internet explorer 11 window when scrolled to the top. If I print the web page everything prints, It’s just the print preview that displays only the top part of the web page.
