Edge maximize video fails when window is snapped to side

Steps to reproduce

Using Edge on current Creators Update - 15.15048
Snap Edge to left or right side of screen

  • Navigate to: https://launch.visualstudio.com/

  • Start video playback

  • Click Maximize video

  • Edge crashes when attempting to open video in maximized view and closes window and opens previous web page

If it works first time, un-maximize the video and maximize the video again
and often error will occur when re-opening video in maximized view

Further investigation

  • I have attached system event logs
  • The reported windows error reporting logs
  • This bug is repeatable on my environment
