Steps to reproduce

Add language preference (Non-English IMEs)

Korean/Japanese/Chinese

Repro Steps:

  1. Invoke Edge browser and navigate to linkedin.com and login
  2. Under post, click on ‘Write an article’
  3. Set the language preference to Chinese and start typing in multiple lines (more than 4 lines)
  4. Perform–> Shift + up arrow followed by Ctrl+X
  5. Observe that edge browser crashes
  6. Please refer the attached files

Actual Result:

With Chinese IME, Edge browser crashes while performing Shift + up arrow followed by Ctrl+X (while writing an article)

Expected Result

With Chinese IME, Edge browser should not crash while performing Shift + up arrow followed by Ctrl+X (while writing an article)

Issue is repro in 15043_rs2_release_webplat 02/23 build
