WebGL : IE11 and older Edge builds fail to sample textures with more than one set of attribute

Steps to reproduce

It seems that sampling textures with two different sets of attributes shifts the first parameter of the second attributes (like U in a UV coordinate system). The issue is described here : https://github.com/mrdoob/three.js/issues/10856.
The first attachment is a screenshot of the issue, the second one is what has been tried to understand it. It can be tested at http://codepen.io/Astrak/pen/OpwEZj.
Recent Edge builds are not affected. IE11 still has the issue.
