Steps to reproduce

Hi everyone,

I have a problem with how the browser (EDGE) use the CSS “cursor” property I have set on 2 select element on my page. (see example below).

The first select element have “cursor” property set to "pointer".
The second select element have “cursor” set to "not-allowed".
The second select element is positionning just under the first select.

When user try to select option in the first select, each options of the first select located on top of the second select use the “not-allowed” cursor indeed of the “pointer” value.

The problem exist only in EDGE, in Chrome or Firefox the rendering is good.

Thank you
