Steps to reproduce

I’m tracking keydown events event.key characters on a non editable div.

Using azerty keyboard, when I press ^ key I get an unifentified event.key attribute in the keydown event. This is an issue but not the major problem.
Problem is once I pressed ^ key, then if I press ù key or shift+= (to get + character) I always get an unidentified char in the keydown event. I need to press a normal letter to be able to get + character back or ù (without using numpad). Many other keys are affected.
