      The padlock not being displayed could be due to a number of things.
       One possibility is the site redirected you and is using a non-SSL/TLS connection ( HTTP).  Another option is that there is a certificate problem.  For example, sites still using SHA1 certificates.  Here are two links for information on the depreciation of SHA1 from last year:

      There are other reasons this can happen.  However, you should get a warning from the browser.  You can search for tools or sites that will test why you don’t get the padlock symbol.  Fiddler is also an Edge Team favorite.
