Steps to reproduce

[Best repro: open attached html file callked ‘public-test.html’ and follow instructions.  the CP will crash within about 30 secs]

Steps to reproduce: 1. Open the HTML on this plnkr: https://plnkr.co/edit/R6COkUlWmyxmvcijymP5?p=preview in Edge 14 or 15 preview (Edge 40.15063.0 / EdgeHTML 15.15063). Tested with both an unmodified modern.ie VM with Windows 10 Preview, and with using Edge 14 on BrowserStack as of 2017-04-11. 2. Click on the left side of the light green div 3. Press a key that results in a character (e.g. a-z) ## Observe: Edge crashes, which is written to the event log, and automatically reloads. Faulting application name: MicrosoftEdgeCP.exe, version: 11.0.15063.0, time stamp: 0x58ccbae4 Faulting module name: edgehtml.dll, version: 11.0.15063.0, time stamp: 0x22bba4fa Exception code: 0xc0000005 Fault offset: 0x00000000009869d8 Faulting process id: 0x1544 Faulting application start time: 0x01d2b275e1eb4b2b Faulting application path: C:\Windows\SystemApps\Microsoft.MicrosoftEdge_8wekyb3d8bbwe\MicrosoftEdgeCP.exe Faulting module path: C:\Windows\SYSTEM32\edgehtml.dll Report Id: 23617ae2-765b-419f-b8c7-88fbacdb1426 Faulting package full name: Microsoft.MicrosoftEdge_40.15063.0.0_neutral__8wekyb3d8bbwe Faulting package-relative application ID: ContentProcess Originally found in a large commercial web application, but narrowed down to this relatively simple test case. ## Notes: The crash seems sensitive to small changes; the addition of any child text elements to the div seems to prevent the crash, as does removing the -webkit-user-select style from the div’s class. Other browsers tested (IE, Safari, Firefox, Chrome) seem to work as expected with this test.
