Steps to reproduce

  1. Open a new tab in Edge so you can see Search, Top Sites, and My Feed.

  2. Click any Top Site shortcut which you know will take longest to load; immediately grab and drag any of the Top Site icons and don’t release the left mouse button.

  3. When the shortcut you clicked loads, release the left mouse button; the icon you dragged will be stuck on the new page and only disappears when you close Edge.

Top site tile sticks around.

Top site to disappear.

When ever any websites from topsites is clicked and before the page loads, is dragged, it stays over the window.
