Edge should probably not apply High-Contrast theme when printing

Steps to reproduce

When Windows in in High-Contrast mode, Edge tries to print document in High-Contrast. The default high-contrast mode on Windows has black backgrounds, and result in printed content to be though to read for any user. High-Contrast probably should not apply when a document is being printed.
