try this simple html doc, the level of listitem should be 1, but actually 3

The listitem level is 1 in all benchmark versions of Edge we tested; we recommend you try the code example we have attached. Please update this case when you can provide more details, such as screenshots of the expected and actual behavior as seen in different browsers.
