Steps to reproduce
I am encountering an issue with my website http://www.wobastic.com/omber/tryit.html where I have a mousemove handler that redraws a WebGL canvas (for example, if the user draws a circle and tries to drag it around the screen). If there are a lot of mousemove events and the mousemove handler is a bit slow, Edge stops updating the screen. It seems like Edge is maybe deferring Paint events until things are less busy, but since my mousemove handler is slow, the paint is delayed indefinitely until the user stops moving their mouse.
