Steps to reproduce

Chromium removed applet in Sep 2015.

Gecko is currently working on it.

      With new updated Edge (Edge 42.17134.1.0, EdgeHTML 17.17134) document.applets is undefined now. Above you reference the discussion around potential problems which will be caused to huge amount of sites if that happens. Is that going to be fixed to return an empty collection as all browsers do?
