  • Hello,

We are having trouble reproducing this problem in Edge16188. Please update this case with a sample website to test. Also, please take a screenshot of your Print settings just before you print-to-pdf. Thank you so much for your assistance with this issue.

  • Hi James, I attached a screenshot which is reproduced on this very page.

  • Hello,

Thank you for providing so much information about the issue. After thorough testing, we are still unable to reproduce this problem in Edge with the information at hand. Was there an important step where you set the page-range to page 2 instead of All? We tried both ways, but we are unable to get the expected results.

We have attached our repro screenshots showing the preview pane and the resulting file. If you are still having the same problem, please disable all browser plugins and try again. If you still need help, please run dxdiag (Windows key + r and type dxdiag, enter, then click Save all Information) and attach the txt file.

    Best Wishes,

  • Hello,

I attached dxdiag.txt, hope this help. (I confirm this is not reproduced on my Surface 3 but only on my desktop. All extensions have been disabled.)

  • Hello,

Thank you for providing feedback on how we can improve Microsoft Edge. We have not confirmed the problem, but we are investigating isolated incidents. We are presently tracking this issue as a duplicate of an existing internal bug report. We look forward to additional feedback you may have for us.

    Best Wishes,
    The MS Edge Team
